It’s a great place

Our stay at the Westin was brief yet memorable. The staff members were highly courteous and exceptionally accommodating. The rooms are clean. The pools were well-maintained, which contributed to my daughter's enjoyment during our visit. Our meals at Seasonal Taste were satisfactory; we particularly enjoyed the Turkish Night, and the appetizers were delicious. The staff demonstrated prompt and courteous service throughout our stay.

Even though i asked them for late check out that they agreed on. I couldn’t enter my room and have to asked them again to open it ! + they need to apply new bath robes instead of the worn & torn they offer. And if we booked a room with twin beds thats means all items should be for 2 ! We don’t want to called and ask for it .

Great room and food.

The room was kept clean and nice. My requests were considered so it was indeed a wonderful first time for us. Didn't know that they had 3 pools (outdoor, indoor and wave). Food was great! We had the half board so we were able to taste the delicious food for Iftar and delectable buffet breakfast. Overall it was a very nice staycation for me and my husband.

The property has surprised us from the size of the room, amenities inside, to sumptous breakfast with many choices of foods and etc. Pool was good & safe and our son enjoyed it a lot. Superb thai food in Sabai Thai. Staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Location is very central and has neighboring restaurants and food market (walkable areas). Overall, it has exceeded our expectations. Thanks for a wonderful eid staycation experience.

It was very bad service from receptionist, i was booked from 3 days and i try to extend the time there they refused and they said there is a full booked and we can’t do anything about it, you have to leave even i have my family my kid as we were trying to arrange for any other booking somewhere else , the worst case scenario is when we tried to arrange they refused to be in the room after the 12 pm and being out in the waiting area at the reception desk. Very bad service and very rude attitude from the staff . Not recommended at all

The location of the property is the best

Everything. It is beautifully clean and well presented.

Overall good experience. The pools were warm whcih was good.

not my first stay in westin. absolutely wonderful treatment, the reception employees are very very sweet, although i did not announce my birthday yet they celebrated it and offered me a late check out.
